When you have a comment to post, how do you make a decision whether to post it in a blog vs. in a forum? Perhaps somebody can come up with some clarifications between what best fits in a blog vs. what best fits in a forum.
I think of a blog as a personal diary, optionally with images. Or maybe somebody's personal business. Of course, there are bloggers about news stories and the like, but that starts overlapping with a forum. I'm OK to experiment with various blogging topics, in

To start my blog, let me report that we just now upgraded the forum software, starting on June 22nd. The forum software had not worked for many months due to spammers and hackers, whereby my software patches to stop them basically stopped everybody from posting, and I just didn't have the time to fix it all. Further, the old forum software did not allow me to review every post on the board immediately
