ssBKK.com is managed by Serena Property Co., Ltd., a real estate agency directed by Mark Prado, a leading American internet pioneer from Washington, D.C.

Mr. Prado previously directed Export Quality Services Co., Ltd., which originally exported web design and programming from Thailand to the USA, training and helping to develop Thai artists and programmers to create export quality websites for American companies. This is what enables us to create ssBKK.com and customers’ websites in-house for complete quality control and cutting edge internet marketing.

Mr. Prado also created www.ThailandGuru.com in the year 2000, a guide for expats working and living in Thailand.
