Seacon Square is one of the biggest and nicest shopping malls in all of the Bangkok metro region.
The large number and variety of shops is among the best.
The artistic elements are impressive.
The photos here are only of a small part of the mall. It is a long mall but is just one looping rectangular walkway for the most part with just a few short offshoots so that you are unlikely to get lost, unlike other malls.
On the top floor are an assortment of indoor rides for kids from toddlers up to about 12 years old.
At the two opposite ends are a Robinson's Department Store with a Tops supermarket in the basement, but it's one of the weaker Tops in Bangkok, and a Tesco Lotus at the other end with a more lively supermarket.
Like practically all malls, there's a cinema on the top level, with several movies showing at the same time.
The mall was built sometime before 1994 (my arrival), but it is very well maintained and remains highly popular.
Behind Seacon Square and not affiliated is an automobile race course where amateurs and just anyone can bring their car and race the winding track, if they've got tires to burn. You can watch it from the parking lot on the roof.
