Gulliver's is a very popular upscale pub and restaurant for expats and tourists, with both indoor and outdoor tables.

The western menu is fairly standard for a pub and restaurant, nothing very fancy but good sandwiches, meat pies, steaks and other dishes as noted on their website.

Sports TV plays soccer, rugby, and NBA predominantly, and there are pool tables at the back near a second bar.

Upscale nightlife ladies (with no other job than freelancing) as well as some normal real job ladies hang out there looking to meet foreign guys.

Happy hour has been running from noon to 21:00 every day during the non-peak season at least.
