A medium class hotel centrally located in the main Sukhumvit tourist zone, it's a very short walk to the main attractions as well as just a few minutes walk from the skytrain. The rooms range from 24 to 35 square meters. Rooms along soi 11 may not be quiet due to traffic but would have a nicer view. Less than 10 stories high.

For convenience of location for the skytrain for the day's business, then being within short walking distance of most of the nightlife, and for a decent room, the Grand Business Inn is a pretty good deal. I like sitting at the Coffee Shop in the evening to open my mind for switching from business to evening thoughts just before heading out to one of the nice restaurants there on soi 11. Soi 11 is really the nice restaurants soi on lower Sukhumvit.
